Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We only replace items if: 

The wrong item was sent 

There is a printing defect 

Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo proof Email: teesbyna@gmail.com

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced packages.

Customers are responsible for contacting the USPS regarding orders that were fulfilled and shipped.

Please ensure name and shipping information is spelled correctly before placing your order.

Please note that once your order has been submitted we will begin process of shipment.

Processing time will take an additional 7-10 business days from the date of order.
